A new innovative product with a characteristic pink stem and spicy radish flavour. Like salad cress our salad radish is supplied grown on a peat base in tall clear punnets: ideal for sandwiches, salads and barbeques. Salad radish contains high levels of iron and vitamin C.

Fresh pea shoots are new to the UK market and are commonly featured on cookery shows.

They are grown in 11 days and then cut and washed for freshness and convenience.
