Salad Cress

Alfalfa

Traditional mix of Rape and Cress seedlings.

Salad Cress dates back to the 1960’s and was the original garnish. Gradually the proportion of cress has increased to give a slightly hotter flavour.

Salad Cress takes 4 – 5 days to grow from seed and is kept chilled to ensure freshness. Cut and wash before use.

Still a fresh and tasty addition to salads and sandwiches.
